Ken Wakashimazu (若 岛 津 健, Ken Wakashimazu) 

     Ken is Goal Keeper from Japan team like Wakabayashi. but finally he became a player in the field. Ken Wakashimasu is one of the best goal keepers in Japan. He was used to become karate fighter before becoming a goal keeper. Known as Karate Keeper , Ken uses Karate skill and his speed for his luck at goal keeper. The cool boy, Ken is loyal to his best friends Hyuga and Takeshi. He is rather arrogant  at first. Ken is calm and good at reading the other tactic quickly. But, he always get the competition with Genzo Wakabayashi to find the best keeper between them. From new seri-23 Golden he become advance and got scores 2 goals ( One of the aims in every matches ) in the friendship match fight Nigeria  and Denmark. Called Ed Warner in some Europe Adaptation. And Richard Tex Tex in other. Particular techniques : Shuto Defense, and Shankaku Geri Defense. Overhead kick, Jumping Volley, Wakadoryu Combi, Sankaku Geri Overhead Kick, Wakadoryu Transformation kick.

   Like Captain Tsubasa, when he critic his friend's performances sincerely to make them realize that European Football is different from Japanese football that played by them. His action made many of Japanese players didn't like him. And he only could tell to Tsubasa about his sincerely goal.

   From he was teenage, he had the dream to be the best goal keeper in the world. But he was selfish , and brag about his skill before he met and did matches to fight Tsubasa. After some matches fought Tsubasa , He had studied to enjoy the match with other partner.  Wakabayashi is a goal keeper who has high technique. If Tsubasa is leading player from Japan team, then Wakbayashi is back leading player or goal keeper. He is very close with Tsubasa. . Because of his ability , make him recruited by Germany Team from Hamburg. He was very famous with  his ability to block all of kicks from outside penalty area. He is the rival from Wakashimatsu who uses Acrobatic style when was playing football. He ever tried boxing to strengthen her blocking ability.

Wakabayashi is charismatic , loyal with his friends, and responsible with his decision. Genzo Wakabayashi always keep her feelings for himself and persons who are in his side. Like Captain Tsubasa, when he critic his friend's performances sincerely to make them realize that European Football is different from Japanese football that played by them. His action made many of Japanese players didn't like him. And he only could tell to Tsubasa about his sincerely goal.
