     Who doesn't know Apple Inc?? Almost Everyone knows Apple Inc, Apple Inc is A company which located in California, U.S. Apple is very famous company with its excellent products in the form of e.g. I mac, Macbook, IPod, iPhone, Logic Pro, iTunes, etc. Apple Inc was built in 1976 by Steven Jobs and Wozniak. At beginning of the company , their product are less desirable consumers. But , over time so far so good, the products of Apple got a good reception from consumers. And finally, until now Apple is the big company in the field IT. Their product have been known by all of world community. Steven Jobs and friends have exported their product to the developed country in the world like China, for Apple they have strong market share so can increase their sales.

               On the way, Apple itself has experienced many of challenges. For example, Apple fired some of employees, and their CEO has to resigned because of some conflicts with intern managements. And a declining stocks Apple caused of the death of their CEO and as the founder Apple. Until the conflict with other companies, or its competitors like Samsung and Proview.

Sometimes ago, Apple hostiles with Samsung because of their their trade mark. They claims each other to their patent rights, Apple claimed  that Samsung had traced their product to Galaxy Tab product.. And finally, that case was won by Apple.

                       Now the similar case happen again with Proview. Apple claimed the rights under the similar design product that has been imitated by Proview company with the name Moniker iPad.

Even the case until reach the court. 

The Management team from each company must have a strategy to handle the case. A decision must be taken wisely by the management. In decision making, the management has to consider the factors. And be done carefully. In here manager role is very important and determine the fate of the company.
